A screening of a selection of strange and exciting short films will take place on Tuesday 4th of February at the Dot Theatre in Dublin 2. Curio curates an eclectic selection next week.
The evening is curated by Dublin independent writer, cinematographer and filmmaker Conor Tobin. From half 6 to half 10 the event offers an interesting bunch of eclectic films made by an interesting bunch of eclectic filmmakers from across Ireland. The organisers have announced that two of the short films in the mix will be having their Irish premiere at the Curio film screening- Master Slave by Conor Tobin and My Brother Jeremy by Luke de Brún. Other films set to screen include Hum by Mo O’Connell, I didn’t … I wasn’t … I amn’t” from Laoisa Sexton, and more as listed below.
Formerly the Mutiny Theatre, the Dot is a for-hire theatre venue, located off Pembroke Street, between Fitzwilliam Square and Leeson Street. It is a a BYOB venue, but for Curio attendees, one complimentary glass of wine is included in the ticket price – tickets are available now here.
