Cineworld’s IMAX Film Festival comes to Dublin in April, offering recent big-budget films that are best enjoyed on the biggest, loudest screens possible a return to the cinema for one night only. Ticket prices for the films chosen for the IMAX Film Festival are €4, much lower than standard IMAX prices, an effort to really entice groups up to the top of the Parnell Street cinema. It’s hardly a surprise then that they’ve chosen a series of crowdpleasers to show during this event. Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Jon Favreau’s CGI version of The Jungle Book, Potterverse entry Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Ridley Scott’s The Martian are some of the most popular films of recent times among general audiences and Saturday 8th April marks a chance to see them all again in Dublin, with tickets for the IMAX Film Festival being available from Cineworld now.
