Casablanca In Dublin With Film Fatale

Since their inception in 2011, Film Fatale have been bringing classic Hollywood glamour to life. In screening old favourites and hosting parties filled with folks dressed to the nines, dancing to the old standards after a cocktail or two, they’ve allowed audiences a window back into the Golden Age of Hollywood. To celebrate their sixth birthday, Film Fatale will be hosting another event in one of Dublin’s most unique locations, showing one of the greatest films of all time just for good measure.

Film Fatale’s birthday extravaganza will be taking place at Number 22, the late-night club located on the site of McGonagles and the Crystal Ballroom. They will be hosting a red-carpet screening of the world’s most beloved war-time drama, Casablanca, transporting the audience back in time to the iconic Rick’s Cafe Americain.

For the first time, Film Fatale will be offering a 3 course à la carte meal with table service to enjoy along with the film, followed by live music from the Tin Pan Alley Cats and DJing from the Andrews Sisters’ Brothers who’ll be playing nostalgic floor-fillers.

Join in with the battle of the national anthems and get swept up by the all-time-great romances. Casablanca is a beloved classic that only gets better with age, now you have the chance to watch it with Film Fatale in their recreation of Rick’s.

Tickets for the event are €25 and €49 (including three course dinner) and are still available, although Film Fatale report that over a third of the tickets have been sold already, so if you’re looking to start a beautiful friendship, you must remember this event on February 10th, 7.30pm.
