Relive the Magic of Harry Potter

If the release of ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ has reignited your love of the franchise or made you sorely miss how good Harry Potter used to be, you’re in luck. Movies @ Swords, Movies @ Dundrum, Movies @ Gorey and SGC Dungarvan are bringing the magic back to the big screen in the run-up to the release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Starting on Saturday the 10th of September, the cinemas will be screening each of the eight films every Saturday and Sunday until the 30th of November. The first weekend will be The Philosopher’s Stone, the second will be Chamber of Secrets and so on. Tickets for each film go for just €6 or €40 for the whole lot, see here for details.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will expand the wizarding world by showing audiences what life is like for the magical citizens of New York city, particularly Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) who goes on to write the textbook of the same name. The film comes out the weekend after the final HP screening, November the 17th.
